Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Nexvoltz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nexvoltz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues after shipment confirmation.
